Shipping policy

All merchandise is shipped via USPS priority mail. Processing time can take 1-3 business days. Please allow 2-4 business days from the date your item is shipped (not ordered) to receive your package.

Hott Girl Exotics is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, stolen in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused, or lost/stolen but marked delivered by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories please contact USPS directly to file a claim as all packages are insured.
